The TSL contains a requirement that following completion of primary forest activities, TSL holders will submit to the Timber Sales Manager a conformance certificate, signed by a Forest Professional, that confirms the completed activities are consistent with the applicable Forest Stewardship Plan (FSP) results and strategies. As such, the successful bidder will be required to submit a conformance certificate that confirms that primary forest activities conducted under this TSL are consistent with the applicable FSP commitments. A sample of the conformance certificate and associated BC Timber Sales Advisory Bulletin have been included as attachments to this Notice. Total Estimated Timber Sale Volume: 31,389 m3, more or less • Estimated Net Cruise Volume: 30,959 m3, more or less • Estimated Road Permit Volume external to the block/s: 430 m3, more or less Estimated Area: 138.6 ha. Estimated Species: Spruce (SP) 21,510m³ (69%), Douglas Fir (FI) 6,726m³ (21%), Lodgepole Pine (LO) 963m³ (3%), Balsam (BA) 754m³ (2%), Aspen (AT) 811m³ (3%), Birch (BI) 617m³ (2%), Cottonwood (CO) 8m³, more or less. Licence Term: 24 months Upset Stumpage Rate: $61.64/m³. The upset stumpage rate was determined in accordance with the Interior Appraisal Manual and applicable to coniferous sawlog grades.
