Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Quesnel, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
9km Cunningham FSR and 45.6km Garner FSR Bridge Replacements. 61-222: This project consists of installation of one 21.336 m steel girder superstructure with composite concrete deck, on steel pipe risers and pre-cast concrete footings on Garner FSR. Service will include the removal of the existing culverts and road fill. Service will include delivery and placement of rip rap and completion of all new bridge approach road works. Service will include reconstruction of the stream channel. 61-005 This project consists of installation of one 24.384 m steel girder superstructure with 25° skew, with composite concrete deck, on steel pipe risers and pre-cast concrete footings on Cunningham Pass FSR. Service will include the removal of the existing steel girder superstructure with timber deck and associated lock block abutments. Service will include development, supply and placement of rip rap and completion of all new bridge approach road works. Service will include blasting of existing rock slope on town side of 61-005 site for sightline improvements Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca
