The City of Naperville is seeking to select a shortlist of qualified and experienced consulting firms to complete engineering services for capital improvement projects at Springbrook Water Reclamation Center. Consulting firms may partner with one or more firms for specialty work; however, firms must be capable of completing at least six of the ten potential projects listed in Appendix B with their own resources. It is the Citys intent to select multiple firms to work with on an as-needed basis. All questions concerning the RFQ shall be submitted in writing via email to the attention of Bryn Wildman, at wildmanb@naperville.il.us no later than 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 2, 2022. A written response in the form of an addendum may be issued as appropriate. No contact with any other City employee or Selection Team member shall be made during the RFP process. If you choose not to respond, please fill out the enclosed NO BID form and return it to the City as soon as possible. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
