West Vincent Township Paving Project - This will consist of paving and seal coat of several roads in the township. Kimberton Road Shady Lane Hilltop Road Sheeder Mill Road Art School Road Kimberton-Township Line to Art School Road 2. Shady Lane-Birchrun Road 3. Hilltop Road - Flowing Springs Road 4. Sheeder Mill Road - Flowing Springs Road to Township Line 6. Art School - Kimberton Road to Township Line. FB-Modified Bituminous Paving Course produced and applied complete in-place accordance with the current PennDOT Pub 447-MS-0310-0010 Specifications: refer to Attachment 1B. FB-Modified must be produced from an approved Bulletin 15 Source and Bidder shall provide the Municipality with their source of supply, upon request, prior to award of contract. Prevailing wages rates apply to this contract and are included in this bid packet. 2. Asphalt Seal Coat as per PennDOT 408 Section 480. As per Attachment 1C.
