Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a museum in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the addition of a 3,700-square-foot, two-story above grade museum; for the renovation of a museum; for the demolition of a museum; and for site work for a museum.
The City of Hamilton requires a General Contractor for the adaptive re-use, expansion and site improvements of the Hamilton Children's Museum located at 1072 Main St. E. Hamilton. The estimated start date will be December 2022, with substantial completion achieved by June 30, 2024. Heritage Masonry Work: Bidders are required to use the services of one of the following heritage masonry subcontractors for work specific to the heritage building: 1. Clifford Restoration Limited 2. Colonial Building Restoration 3. Heritage Brick and Stone Inc. 4. Heritage Restoration Inc. 5. Historia Building Restoration 6. Limen Group Construction Ltd 7.
