Renovation of a medical facility in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This Request for Supplier Qualifications ("RFSQ") is an invitation by Hamilton Health Sciences Corporation ("HHSC") to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2) for eligibility to provide installation, start-up, commissioning for Hospital Pre-Ordered Boiler and Auxiliary Systems as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). It is the intent of HHSC to establish a list of pre-qualified General Contractors and/or Mechanical Contractors to take on the role of Prime Contractor for the installation of pre-purchased boiler equipment and all auxiliary systems who will be invited directly to participate in a formal tender by HHSC through their Prime Consultant, ("the Consultant"), for the work required to install the boilers equipment and auxiliary systems. HHSC immediate needs are for construction and equipment installations at Juravinski Hospital and Cancer Centre (JHCC) and McMaster Medical Centre (MUMC). Projects will be completed in various stages and separate tenders over a three (3) year period.
