Renovation of a municipal facility in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Work to be undertaken for the cooling tower replacement project involves the following: - Replace existing closed circuit forced draft cooling tower. - Provide mechanical services, including piping, insulation. - Provide electrical distribution and wiring, including power, control. - Add cooling tower controller. - Modify and expand existing building control system. - Add ladder and roof anchor. For full scope of Work please refer to the Project Specifications and Drawing packages (Appendix A and Appendix B). The estimated start date will be November 2022, with substantial performance achieved by Friday, March 31, 2023.
