Per addendum 1 the bid date has been extended to 3/30/22 The Technical College System of Georgia is accepting sealed bids on behalf of Georgia Northwestern Technical College (Owner) for the replacement of the Chiller Plant for building 100, in strict conformity with the project plans, bidding documents and contract documents associated with this project. Georgia Northwestern Technical College is located at 265 Bicentennial Trail, Rock Spring, Georgia 30739. Georgia Northwestern Technical College will be hosting a Mandatory Prebid Conference Meeting to discuss the scope of this project. Details about the mandatory site visit will be discussed during the meeting. Failure to participate in the Mandatory Prebid Conference and/or site visit will automatically result in disqualification from the bid process.
