CONDITION: Only general contractors or specialized contractors for this type of work having an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement and holding the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, cB-1.1). INFORMATION: Interested parties may obtain tender documents from the Electronic Tendering Service by contacting one of the representatives by telephone at 1 866 669-7326 or by consulting the website . The documents can be obtained at the cost established by Electronic Tendering Service. TENDER GUARANTEE: The contractor must accompany his tender with a tender guarantee, valid for a period of forty-five (45) days from the date and time limit for receipt of tenders in the event that the amount of the tender submitted is greater than $25,000.
