Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Monmouth, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Cost estimate (not an engineer's estimate) is $120,000 to $150,000. This project consists of the following: SCHEDULE A: 100 Block of Monmouth Ave. N. (east side) o Remove 237 LF of existing 5' sidewalk o Place gravel base for new 8' wide sidewalk to COM min. depth o Install 237 LF of new 8' wide sidewalk o Remove and replace 2 existing commercial thickness driveway approaches o Tie into existing sidewalk south of ADA ramp at intersection of Monmouth Ave. N and Jackson Street W. o At existing electrical vault in sidewalk - add 3' wide by 5' long sidewalk to match new alignment SCHEDULE B: 100 Block Jackson St. W. o Remove 324 LF of existing curb and sidewalk o Place gravel base for new 8' wide sidewalk and curb to COM min. depth o Install new curb and gutter for ADA ramp and 324 LF of street frontage o Install 324 LF of new 8' wide sidewalk o Remove and replace 2 existing commercial thickness driveway approaches. Provide smooth asphalt transition into parking lot from rear of new driveway approach. o Tie into existing 6' sidewalk @ Monmouth Ave N o Install new "bulb out" ADA ramp at southeast corner of Warren St. N and Jackson St. W. - north line of bulb-out shall line up with curb on east side of intersection north of Main Street Park. o Install three new catch basins and associated pipe (PVC and DI) SCHEDULE C: 100 Block Jackson St. E. o Remove 200 LF of existing sidewalk o Place gravel base for new 5'-4" wide sidewalk to COM min. depth o Install 200 LF of new 5'-4" wide sidewalk o Remove and replace approx. 13' of broken curb (no gutter) o Install 200 LF of new 2' wide sidewalk along back of curb o Install new fully lowered ADA ramp and curb with two drops (one to north and one to west) o Install two 5' ramp transitions from back of new ADA ramp o Install three 11' wide concrete access ways from new sidewalk to 2' concrete along curb All construction shall be completed and accepted by the City by June 15, 2022.
