Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Monmouth, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Bids received after the specified date and time will not be opened. A contract will be awarded or the bids rejected within ten days after the bid opening. The proposed work will consist of one (1) schedule of itemized work: Mobilization and site preparation, provide and install a 40 HP submersible well pump and appurtenances, 340' +/- of a buried 10" PVC transmission main, extension of existing 6" and 8" piping to a new location, provide and install a new piping and fitting manifold, removal of a standby engine, demolition of an existing CMU building extension, wood-framed interior room, concrete floor slab, and foundation, reconstruction of a new concrete floor slab and CMU wall, relocation of doors, abandonment of an existing 12" water well, cleanup and startup. The electrical, control, and instrumentation work will be provided under a separate contract. All work shall be complete within 120 (one hundred and twenty) days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. A Bid Bond or Security in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the total bid is required for this project. The successful bidder will also be required to furnish performance and payment bonds and proof of adequate insurance. Both bonds will be in the full amount (100%) of the contract. There will not be a prebid conference held for this project. All bidders must submit proper and valid evidence of current registration with the Construction Contractors Board. Bidders must comply with all applicable sections of ORS 279C.800 to 279C.875 pertaining to the payment of prevailing wages and must also submit evidence of an approved drug testing policy as required by ORS 279C-505 before award will be made. All stated conditions contained within the Bidding Documents shall be in effect and full force throughout the duration of the CONTRACT. The City reserves the right to postpone award for 60 days, reject any bid not in compliance with the prescribed public bidding regulations, and reject or accept any bid that is deemed to serve the best interests of the City. All Work Shall Be Complete Within 120 (One Hundred and Twenty) Days After Issuance of the Notice to Proceed. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
