This Project Requires an Asbestos Abatement License as Required by ORS 468A.720. This Project contains a 10% Indian Employment Preference Goal. To be eligible for award of Oregon Department of Transportation construction contracts, bidders (prime contractors) must submit a prequalification application according to OAR 731-007-0500 through 731-007-0570 at least ten calendar days before the bid opening date.
