This project involves a base bid and alternates bids for the mill and overlay of roadway surfaces at several specified locations within Lower Gwynedd Township, including base repair, adjustment of manhole rim elevations and line striping. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish proof of insurance and bonds for Performance, Payment, and Maintenance in such form as meets the approval of Lower Gwynedd Township and having as security thereon such Surety company or companies as are approved by Lower Gwynedd Township. The project is subject to applicable provisions of Act 422, PA Prevailing Wage Act as amended and the prevailing minimum wage rates issued by the PA Dept. of Labor and Industry.
