The Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) requests bids from contractors interested in providing Vegetation Management. All bids shall be submitted as set forth in Section 1 - Instructions to Bidders. EWEB is not responsible for bids submitted in any manner, format or to any delivery point other than as required by the Solicitation Document. No bid may be withdrawn after the hour set for the opening thereof until the elapse of thirty (30) days from the date and time set for opening. EWEB reserves the right to waive any or all informalities and irregularities; may cancel the Invitation to Bid; and may reject any or all bids pursuant to EWEB Rule 3-0640. Sealed bids, containing a minimum of one (1) original signed bid response including any addenda which require signature, and one full copy on a USB storage device, shall be received and date and timestamped by the EWEB Purchasing department prior to bid closing. No bid received after bid closing date and time shall be considered.
