Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Richland, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
** This project has been awarded to Sierra Electric Inc in the amount of $1,432,236. ** All bidders required to attend and potential subcontractors are encouraged to attend. At this meeting, questions concerning the Contract Documents and the proposed work will be discussed. A tour of the project site will be conducted after the meeting. The scope of work includes: 1. Replace existing runway and taxiway edge lighting fixtures and system. 2. Replace existing taxiway edge reflectors with new edge lighting fixtures and system. 3. Replace existing Airport guidance signs. 4. Replace existing PAPI units at Runway 1, Runway 19, and Runway 8. 5. Replace existing wind cones at Runway 1, Runway 19, and Runway 26. 6. Replace existing Airport rotating beacon. 7. Replace and/or install new electrical cables, conduits, regulators, backup generator and various other electrical components. 8. Demolish existing infrastructure related to the existing electrical systems to be removed. Additonal Description:This contract will be funded, in part, by a grant from the Federal Aviation Administration. As such, it will be subject to federal requirements. These include, but are not limited to: 1. Buy American Preference 2. Foreign Trade Restriction 3. Davis Bacon 4. Affirmative Action 5. Government wide Debarment and Suspension 6. Government wide Requirements for Drug-free Workplace.
