Cal Poly Sports Complex Upper Fields Turf Replacement Project. The work consists of demolition of the existing artificial turf and shock padding from all three fields, electrical and communications upgrades at fields, earthwork and subgrade preparations for new artificial turf, storm drain upgrades, domestic water syatem upgrades, fencing upgrades, and new field athletic equiptment. Pre-bid Site Review: N/a Anticipated Schedule: 5 Months Start Date: April 4, 2022 Completion: September 2, 2022 (Contractor Is Responsible for Overtime and Weekend Work Anticipated to Meet Project Schedule) The following trades are excluded and performed by the Design-Assist Contract (FieldTurf): Supply and Installation of Artificial Turf, including all striping. 1. Subcontractors must be bondable and may be required to provide Payment and Performance Bonds. 2. Bid Bond is not required. 3. Safety Record is of the utmost importance.
