The project sites are located as follows: C71(783) On 235 Avenue between 400 Street and 415 Street, C-71(861) On 370 Street between 280 Avenue and 295 Avenue, C-71(863) - On 460 Street between 190 Avenue and 205 Avenue, all in Platte County, Nebraska. Bids will be presented to the Board for consideration at its March 15, 2022 board meeting, for supplying materials required to construct corrugated metal pipes with steel headwalls and wingwalls and other incidental work at three sites.The desired delivery date of the material is six to eight weeks after the award of the contract. All materials shall be delivered to the project sites. The project is referred to as Platte County 2022 Culverts: C-71(783), C-71(861), and C-71(863) and shall include all labor, materials, transportation and equipment required to fabricate and deliver the materials necessary to construct: C-71(783) triple 84 x 41 -0 round equivalent corrugated metal pipes on a 10 skew (lhb); C-71(861) triple 60 x 40 -0 corrugated metal pipes on a 0 skew; C-71(863) twin 72 x 42 -0 round equivalent corrugated metal pipes on 15 skew (rhb); all with steel headwalls and wingwalls and other related incidental work. The surety and form of the bonds are subject to acceptance by the Platte County Board of Supervisors. The Platte County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularities in bids received. the successful biddershall furnish a surety bond or bonds in an amount equal to or greater than the full amount ofthe contract.
