Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Burlington, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The Project consists of grading, removals, excavation, base aggregate, storm sewer, HMA pavement, sidewalk, curb & gutter, pavement marking, traffic control, landscaping, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work. A Certified Check or Bid Bond equal to 5% of the bid, payable to Racine County, shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, that the bidder will execute and file a contract and furnish a performance and payment bond for the full amount of the contract.
