In general, the project consists of dam modifications and park improvements at Echo Veterans Memorial Park in Burlington, WI. Major project components include construction dewatering, steel sheet piling, cast-in-place concrete, crest gates, pre-cast concrete planks, fabricated steel railings, earthwork, asphalt and concrete pavements, permeable pavers, riprap, electrical work, lighting, turf replacement, and plantings. This project is funded in part by financial assistance from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WDNR) Municipal Dam Grant and the Knowles-Nelson Stewardship Grant.
