Site work for a water / sewer project in McAdam, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and generally involves the following: .1 Construction of a new production well, concrete building pad, building on a site which test wells were drilled and a water source located. Piping from the new well is then to be installed underground to the existing control building and connected to existing exterior piping. .2 Construction includes related structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, and landscaping as required. .3 Upgrade of the existing chlorination system, as well as the communication system from the new well to the control building to be included. A Bid Bond or certified cheque in the amount of 10 percent of Bid Price (including HST) must accompany each Bid. The successful Bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Labour and Materials Payment Bond as specified in the Bid Documents.
