Site work, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Alexandria Bay, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Project consists of replacement of the Upper and Lower James Street docks, new lighting at the Upper and Lower James Street docks, replacement of the Scenic View Park Wharf, installation of a lift at Scenic View Park, site improvements and new lighting at Scenic View Park, and improvements at the existing water treatment plant. Contract No. 1 - General Construction - $2,200,000.00 The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or defects in such bid either before or after opening Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A pre-bid conference will be held at the jobsite upon request
