General construction contract to include all work indicated on the drawings, including but not limited to site work and excavation, general construction, and removal universal wastes The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to The Borough of Old Forge. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any Informalities in the bidding.
