The Project consists of saw cutting, replacement of existing culvert, bituminous pavement and final grading as shown on the associated drawings. A bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to The Borough of Old Forge. The contract documents contain requirements regarding nondiscrimination in hiring practices, and related matter, including performance and payment bonds and liability insurance.
