As of 03/22/2022 Project will be done in house staff Construct Bituminous Fiber Reinforced Seal Coat and Bituminous Seal Coat, approximately 17,960 S.Y. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Warrington Township.The successful bidder, when awarded a contract, shall furnish Performance and Payment Bonds (with suitable surety) as specified in the Contract. Warrington Township Board of Supervisors reserve the right to reject any or all proposals and to make an award that is in the best interest of the Township. The length of Contract No. 1 will be from May 2, 2022 to August 26, 2022. Warrington Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to make an award that is in the best interest of the Township. The Owner fully intends to construct the work for which bids are solicited. However, the Owner specifically reserves the right, which all bidders acknowledge by submission of a bid, to reduce quantities and/or eliminate projects to meet available finances. Reduction of quantities or elimination of projects will not constitute grounds of additional or compensatory charges to the low bidder. Project 1: Robson Road: Poplar Road to Old Mountain Road 5,440' x 20' wide; 12,100 S.Y.; Surface Condition Rating -"c"; ADT 100-500. Project 2: Church Road: Rosstown Road to Rosstown Road; 3,200' x 16' wide avg.; 5,860 S.Y.; Surface Condition Rating -"c"; ADT 100-500
