Robling Architecture Construction, Inc. (Construction Manager) for the School District of Palm Beach County (Owner) will receive proposals for the following project: #0581-7103 Forest Hill High School Stair Replacement 6901 Parker Ave, West Palm Beach, FL 33405 This is a Construction Management at Risk project with a Guaranteed Maximum Price. Scope of work includes: Demolition of (2) 2-story and (2) 3-story steel pan stair assemblies and replacement with new cast in place concrete stairs along with all related site preparation, railings, stucco, painting and minor electrical work. This project is time sensitive and critical to commence construction this summer June 2022. Robling Architecture Construction is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participation by small business and minority firms is strongly encouraged. The established minimum M/WBE sub-contractor participation goal for this project is 9% for African-American owned firms certified by the School District. Proposal due date will be provided with the bid documents. Owner and / or Construction Manager reserve the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any proposals which is in its best interest. Owner and / or Construction Manager also reserve the right to waive any informalities and technicalities in procedure. All costs incurred by Proposer in preparing a Proposal shall be the sole responsibility of the Proposer.
