Site work and paving for a road / highway in West Palm Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Town is seeking a qualified landscaping contractor to renovate the Southern Blvd. Traffic Circle and adjacent areas. Work will include: any required safety fencing, MOT/TTC, excavation, grading, distribution of soil, cap rock boulder work, base preparation, irrigation and landscaping. A significant amount of onsite coordination with SMI Landscape Architecture during all phases of the project will be integral to successful completion, as their firm will be directing the final grading and boulder placement on site. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any technicalities or irregularities therein. The Town further reserves the right to award to that bidder whose bid best complies with the ITB specifications. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date set for the opening thereof.
