Site work and paving for a civil project in West Palm Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The City of West Palm Beach is accepting bids from qualified and responsible Contractors to furnish and assume full responsibility for all labor, material, construction equipment and machinery, transportation, tools, appliances, fuel, power, light, telephone, water, sanitary facilities, temporary facilities and all other facilities and incidentals necessary, including supervision, servicing, taxes, bonds and insurance, permitting fees, traffic control, security, miscellaneous costs, warranties, general conditions, overhead and profit to perform the construction of Roosevelt Estates-7th street utility improvements (Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard to Australian Avenue) as shown in the construction plans and described in the technical specifications for the project. Goal: In accordance with the Small Business Ordinance, the goal for Small Business participation under the contract resulting from this Invitation to Bid is: 18% of the total contract value Final Questions Due: April 6, 2022 at 3:00p.m. Please email questions to mwatson@wpb.org or call 561-822-2031 for assistance.
