Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Merton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of 03/17/2022 This will be awarded on March 24, 2022. Project involves mill and overlay of Rock Ridge Way and Beverly Lane. Work will include curb and gutter repairs, catch basin repairs, and full depth base patching. A portion of this Work is part of a Local Roads Improvement Program (LRIP) Project. All Work is included in a single prime contract. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. The Village of Merton reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes. A Bidder's qualification statement must be delivered to Village of Merton at least 5 days before the Bid opening date. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to Village of Merton equal to 5 percent of the Bid. If the successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract and furnish payment and performance bonds within 15 days after the award, the Check or Bid Bond may be forfeited to Village of Merton as liquidated damages.
