Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Merton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Project involves reconstruction of a portion of Maple Street, pulverizing and shaping a portion of Winzer Road, paving and storm water improvements in Kates Ct, shoulder improvements in Huntington Court North, pavement patching in Huntington Street, Vernon Drive and various other locations throughout the Village. All Work is included in a single prime contract. Bidding Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, may be examined at the offices of Village of Merton, and the Consulting Engineer during regular business hours. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. The Village of Merton reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes.
