Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Merton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project includes overlays of residential Town Roads with leveling and surface layers. Intersection pavement reduction and restoration along with pavement marking, asphalt surface ditch overlays, integral asphalt curb drainage improvements, parking lot installation and roadway widening. Alternates include a pulverize and repave road with binder and surface layers and an additional overlay road with a surface layer and removal and replacement of an asphalt ditch.
