Sealed bids will be received for furnishing all labor and material for the construction of approximately the following items: 275 CY Base Repair, 6,550 LF Reclaimed Asphalt Shoulders (4'), 6,075 SY Pulverize and Shape Existing Pavement, 5,100 SY Tack Coat, 1,500 TN HMA Pavement 3 LT 58-28 S (3''), 930 TN HMA Pavement 5 LT 58-28 S (2''), 10 TN Asphalt Surface for Drives and Approaches, 4,330 LF Pavement Marking Line Epoxy 4'' (Double Yellow), 1 EA Mobilization, Test & Seal Lateral Connections 24 EA, and 1 LS Traffic Control. Bids shall be submitted on the form provided and according to the Bidding Requirements. This is a unit price contract; estimated quantities are for determining the low bidder. Project is to be substantially complete on or before July 31, 2026. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid. All bidders must file a "Bidders Qualification Statement" by the specified deadline unless already submitted. Bidding Documents may be viewed or obtained digitally or physically per the stated process. Contractors must comply with the minimum wages required for the State of Wisconsin. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities, and to award the Contract in the best interests of the Town of Merton.
