Site work and paving for a road / highway in Merton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
For 2021 Crackfill Program Project includes road maintenance such as crack filling and spot seal patching. All Work is included in a single prime contract. No Pre-Bid Meeting. Prequalification Required: Y Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. A Bidder's qualification statement must be delivered to Village of Merton at least 5 days before the Bid opening date. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to Village of Merton equal to 5 percent of the Bid. If the successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract and furnish payment and performance bonds within 15 days after the award, the Check or Bid Bond may be forfeited to Village of Merton as liquidated damages. The Village of Merton reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes
