Questions relating to this quote should be in writing and directed to Jay Downing, Maintenance and Operations Manager, at the above email address no later than 5pm, March 14, 2022 Prevailing wage shall be paid by the Contractor. Contractor agrees to sign a non-collusion certificate, annual Washington State Department of Labor & Industries Statement of Intent to Pay Prevailing Wages, monthly certified payroll reports, annual Affidavit of Wages Paid, and W-9 form. All Contractors performing work shall be licensed in the State of Washington and possess a current City of Arlington business license. Proposals shall constitute offers to City of Arlington which shall be binding for ninety (90) days from the date of review. City of Arlington reserves the right to reject all or any portion of any statement of qualifications, and/or to reject all statements. City of Arlington further reserves the right, but without obligation, to waive informalities and irregularities
