Renovation of a municipal facility in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Maintenance of existing temporary site protection features. .2 Excavation for new foundations. .3 Installation of below grade municipal utility infrastructure. .4 Foundations for new 6 storey structure. .5 Drainage tile and moisture barriers on foundation walls. .6 Compaction and backfill of new foundations. .7 Compaction and backfill under Level 1 (slab on grade) for new structure up to and including sub base material. .8 Supply and erection of Steel structural frame. .9 Completion of suspended slabs on levels 2 through 6. .10 Complete stair wells and cores as indicated.
