This Invitation to Tender consists of snow removal services on behalf of the Anglophone West School District. The contract shall extend for three (3) years, from November 1, 2022 to April 30, 2025, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms upon written agreement by both parties. Option year pricing is subject to a satisfactory contract price that does not exceed the tendered price plus any publicised increase in the New Brunswick Consumer Price Index. The contract will be awarded to the bidder who submits the lowest compliant bid that meets the requirements outlined in the attached specifications. Each site will be awarded independently. Bids may be submitted for any or all of the locations listed in Appendix A. Each location will receive its own contract. Prior to Contract award, the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure may consult with other departments and agencies of the Province of New Brunswick to obtain information on the Vendor's past performance within the previous five (5) years. Results from the aforementioned consultations that are unsatisfactory to the Department, in its sole and absolute discretion, will result in the disqualification of the Vendor's bid.
