MANDATORY SITE CONDITIONS AND INVESTIGATIONS MEETING As a condition of Award of this Contract, it is mandatory that a representative of the Tenderer attend a Site Conditions and Investigations meeting. The Tenderer is responsible for ensuring that its representative attends one (1) meeting and is registered as having attended. For convenience, one (1) meeting will begin at 11:00 AM and another meeting is scheduled for 1:00 PM. Please adhere to the Covid19 guidelines set forth by Public Health and follow Nb Power's direction upon arrival. Further information concerning tendering procedures may be obtained by emailing the NB Power Supply Chain department at AllTenders@nbpower.com.
