Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

* The bid results are as follows: CNF Mallet Ltee - $1,013,150.000 Option A 987,850.00; Philson Ltd. - $1,079,045.00 Option A 1,030,745.00. This contract includes the supply of all plant, labour, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the project. The work under this contract includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following (see Drawings and Specifications): 1. Construction of new access road to east side of plant complete with granulars and asphalt paving. 2. Construction of parking area to the north side of plant complete with granular sub-base. 3. Construction of new underground services (sanitary and storm) and relocation of existing services to prepare for future building expansion. 4. Installation of new Oil Water Separator and related piping including the removal of the existing OWS. 5. Re-routing of plumbing within Bunker Pump House. 6. Installation of new electrical to support new OWS. The project shall be completed by September 2, 2022. Site is available on June 13, 2022. Work shall also be scheduled to minimize disruption. The successful contractor shall provide a schedule showing continuous work from commencement to completion of the project. A security deposit in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in the amount of 10% of the total tendered price must accompany your Tender submission.
