Site work for a water / sewer project in Kent, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

**As of April 22, 2022, project was awarded to R.L. Alia Company, awarded amount is $1,163,867.10.** This project includes, but is not limited to, the installation of approximately 340 lineal feet of 14" HDPE of which 260 lineal feet will be in a 20" steel casing by open cut, roughly 420 lineal feed, of 12" PVC, 780 lineal feet of8" PVC, approximately 50 lineal feet of 6" PVC side sewer, 12 new manholes and associated sewer appurtenances - all in two different locations. The contract also calls for the abandonment and/or removal of 10 manholes, filling and abandoning approximately 2,100 lineal feet of existing sewer mains, along with paving and other restoration. A Notice to Proceed for the project will not be given prior to May 1, 2022. Substantial completion must be achieved no later than October 15, 2022. The site must be fully7 stabilized prior to October 15, 2022. Each Bid Proposal shall be accompanied by cash or a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond (with authorized surety company as surety) made payable to Midway Sewer District, King County, Washington in an amount not. less than five percent (5%) ofthe amount ofthe Bid.
