The proposal will be for a period of 3 years starting May 1, 2022 and ending December 31, 2025. The contract may be extended for another term of 3 years (2026-2029) upon mutual agreement by both partiesl. The Contractor is to provide a detailed yearly fee schedule and has the option of including escalating rates for each year as part of the proposal. The Contractor is to provide services with a garbage truck that has the capabilities to use dumpsters. The Contractor is to supply the various sizes of commercial dumptsters as part of their proposal. The residential and commercial areas are currently automated pick up. The Contractor may provide a bid for an alternative method of pickup and related costs.
