Site work, new construction and renovation of a clubhouse / community center in St Pierre Jolys, Manitoba. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and for the construction of a clubhouse / community center.

The Campus will house the regional library, community gathering spaces, a refurbished ice rink, a cafeteria, a recreational fitness facility and a turf fieldhouse. It will be a community connection and holistic wellness centre, with easy access between indoor and outdoor spaces to encourage year-round activity and will be construction in 2 phases. Phase 1 is the revitalization of the arena, as well as new library, fitness and recreation centre, community connection, activity and event spaces and food facilities Phase 2 is the construction of the turf fieldhouse and the integration of the two facilities. TIMELINE: The province has announced an investment of $5 million towards the project. An architect has not been selected at this time.
