LIQUIDATED DAMAGES The Work must be completed by no later than SEPTEMBER 19, 2025. Daily Liquidated Damages after this specified Completion Date will be charged to the Contractor at the rate of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY ($250.00) Dollars per calendar day until the Work is completed.
