Reference Number 0000295945 Pricing Lump sum Project: Replacement of the existing library/band classroom flooring at Ecole HEritage Immersion, St. Pierre-Jolys MB The scope of work includes: - Removal of the existing carpet flooring. - Removal of the asbestos vinyl composite tile (VCT) flooring under Type 1 abatement conditions. - Disposal of asbestos VCT to be handled by contractor with all Provincial guidelines adhered to. - All documentation and necessary paperwork to be handled by the contractor. - VCT found on stage as well as under the carpet on the main level - Preparation of the surface for the new material. - Supply and installation of Gerflor Taralay Premium Cushion Floor. - Supply and install 4" black rubber baseboard. - Install the proper overlap stair nose for the stairs.
