Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mansfield, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Project is subject to Douglas County state prevailing wages. No bidder may withdraw his bid after time set for opening thereof, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding 40 days. The Board of Directors of Mansfield School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive as an informality irregularities. Mansfield School District is committed to providing the maximum practicable opportunity for participation by Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Women Business Enterprises (WBE), and Veteran Owned Businesses; however, no minimum level of participation shall be required as a condition of selection. Scope of Work Per Pacific Engineering Civil Designs Project # 21161CA: aRemove identified berms to new grade. Install infiltration features. Replace sidewalks where detailed as base bid. Final grading and landscaping. Reinstall and/or repair irrigation to original design on newly graded areas. Sweep all trackout from hard surfaces. Leave the construction site in a clean and workmanlike manner upon completion.
