The Town of Mansfield, Washington (Owner) invites bids for the Walnut Street Overlay. The Work includes an asphalt overlay on the existing roadway, including approximately 3,600 square yards of pavement overlay and associated surface preparation. The Work also includes stormwater improvements and other related drainage enhancements. Additional work includes traffic control, pavement repair, and all other incidental and related work necessary to complete the Project, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and Standard Specifications. All work performed on this Project will be subject to State Prevailing Wage Rates, EEO, and Washington State Contracting Laws, etc. All contractors performing work on this Project must be licensed in the State of Washington to conduct business. The contract time for all work shall be 20 working days. All work must be physically completed by October 31, 2026. The Owner is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer. This Project is partially funded through the Washington State Transportation Improvement Board with State funds. Each bid on the Project must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount not less than five percent of the amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish the necessary additional bonds for the faithful performance of the contract as prescribed in the contract documents. The Owner may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed requirements and may reject for good cause any and all bids upon finding that it is in the public interest to do so. Est.
