Project Name: Asphalt Paving Projects Bid No.: 2022-40 Owner: Madison County, AL Project Description: The project consists of asphalt paving and related tasks throughout Madison County on an as needed basis. Should any bidder observe any ambiguity, discrepancy, omission, or error in the drawings and specifications, or in any other bid document, or be in doubt as to the intention and meaning of these documents, the bidder should immediately report such, in writing, to Mr. Chuck Faulkner, P.E., Madison County Department of Public Works, 266-C Shields Road, Huntsville, AL, 35811, or by electronic mail at cfaulkner@madisoncountyal.gov. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must provide with the bid a bid security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Bid Package. No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
