The oil-filled regulator shall be designed, manufactured, and tested in accordance with this specification and all applicable sections of the latest revisions of the following standards, unless otherwise specified. NEMA TR-1, Transformers, Regulators, and Reactors. ANSI C57, especially C57.12.00, C57.12.90, and C57.15. ANSI C76.1 on Apparatus Bushings. ANSI C62.1 an NEMA LA-1 for Surge Arresters. ICEA Specifications for wire and Cable. The invitation for bidding this contract is open to any business maintaining an establishment/warehouse in the counties of Madison, Morgan, Limestone, Marshall, or Jackson, Alabama (It is desired, but not required that the responsible bidder(s) have a presence in one of the aforementioned counties.), wherein the business is properly licensed for the county of origin, and any other state or city licenses imposed for engaging in the type of activity for which this agreement will be awarded. For purposes of this contract, an establishment is defined as a business employing a minimum of two employees during normal work week (9-5 work hours, approximate). This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue for three (3) years after the Effective Date. The provisions of this Agreement that are applicable to circumstances occurring after termination or expiration shall survive such termination or expiration.
