Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Huntsville, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The Contractor is responsible to complete the work according to the conditions and specifications in the bid package. Phil Clanton will be the point of contact at pclanton@madisoncountyal.gov. The period of performance is 90 calendar days from date of award. This project consists of applying foam application to roof for Madison County Sheriff's Gym located at 715-Wheeler Avenue, Huntsville, AL 35801. Total square footage is 6,825. The Contractor is responsible for providing all labor, equipment, materials, and services needed to complete the work in compliance with the specifications. The Contractor shall meet all Alabama licensing requirements as well as all applicable laws, ordinances, and code of the U.S. Government, State of Alabama, and Madison County, and specifically and without limitation, shall comply with all provisions of the Beason-Hammond Alabama Taxpayer and Citizens Protection Act, commonly referred to as the Immigration Act.
