Renovation of a residential development in Claresholm, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Remove and dispose of existing kitchen cupboards ,counter tops, kitchen sinks and fan hoods .1 New Kitchen Cabinets to match existing configuration. .2 Cabinets and drawers shall be white melamine .3 New Pulls front mounted, chrome and smooth. .4 Drawers shall have standard slides. .5 Contertops shall be 1 3/8" laminate c/w 6 inch tile back splash. .6 New 300cfm recirculating white range hoods to match existing. .7 Kitchen sink to be new Stainless steel double bowl c/w with basket strainers. .8 Exisiting Kitchen Faucets shall be removed and reinstalled. .9 Install new shutoff valves under counter to kitchen faucets. .10 Installation of Contertops, cupboards, tiles, kitchen sinks and faucets shall be by manufacturers recommended installation instructions. .11 Repair, patch and paint any drywall damaged
