The Town of Claresholm requests a proposal from qualified construction firms/contractors for the construction of a concrete plaza, with steps, rail (re-use existing railing), and ramp located at Amundsen Park, 4900 3 St West, Claresholm. This project includes the demolition and removal of the existing concrete (pool area- not full removal required, only removals of what is needed to ensure compaction of new slab). Additionally, some coordination with the building structure contractor (for pavilion structure piles / electrical) is required. (plans & drawings attached)
