Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Tracy, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Proposed work includes but not limited to: site preparation, demolition/relocation of existing features, asphalt sports pad, concrete curbing, fencing and all other incidental items as indicated on the construction documents and specifications. Each Tender must be accompanied by Bid Bonds or Certified Cheque in the amount of 10% of the Tendered Price (including HST). The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance Securities in the form of a Certified Cheque or Bond as specified in the Bid Documents. Invited Contractors are invited to bid on Tender Documents supplied by Glenn Group Ltd.
